Return & Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for exchange within 7 days of ship date. All returns require a Return Authorization Number which must be requested by emailing, or by calling our customer service department at 1-877-367-9447.

All stock items must be returned in original condition unaltered which includes any cutting or coloring. It must be unworn, undamaged and with original receipt enclosed and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned items should be mailed or shipped utilizing a reputable carrier with tracking information.

CreatedHair assumes no responsibility for any returned item lost during transit. There is a $60 re-stocking fee.

Returns or exchanges only apply to stock items. Custom order or customized wigs do not apply.


Any odor on your wig will render it ineligible for return or exchange, or it may be subject to a $125 cleaning fee. CreatedHair shall be the sole arbitrator to determine if a wig has been altered in any way from its original condition and if it is returnable. Please allow 14 business days for your exchange/ return to be processed from the time it is received by CreatedHair.

Custom orders, Customized Order of any kind and Special orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.

Please Note: For all Custom Orders your card will be charged upon the arrival of your to us from the factory. CreatedHair does not hold received orders for more than 14 days. If you cannot make it into the studio for your styling appointment prior the 14 days deadline, your order will be shipped to you and you can bring back your order to your scheduled styling appointment.

Due to California health code please be aware that any worn human hair /Cyberhair® / Water WigTM, Active wigs, Ready-Made or Custom or Customized Orders are non-refundable, non- exchangeable, and non-returnable.

The owners of and Salons have been conducting business for over a decade and stands behind it’s products. We will make any adjustments necessary to fulfill the correct order. Once you have received your finished piece you have calendar (30) days to request any changes to the cap. After that, there will be an additional charge for any alterations or changes made to the piece.

Note: ~ The Salon does not guarantee any piece cut by stylists who are not approved and not associated with will not be held responsible for any damages made to your piece by another stylist.
